Richard Shoen, Ph.D.
Rich Shoen, Ph.D. has a 30-year track record of helping people reach their goals through organizational and individual development.
As a senior manager he has hands-on experience in the organizational development, training, customer service and sales arenas. As a consultant he has worked with executive teams here in the United States and in Europe. (Click here to see client list)
Upon completing a self-designed Ph.D. that encompassed work in communication, psychology, sociology and process management, Rich entered the academic arena and taught at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Colby College, Duquesne University and the National College of Education. He is currently an adjunct instructor at Texas Christian University.
Supplementing his work in the academic world, he has held managerial and executive positions at Rockwell International and at predecessor banks of Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase and at the international auditing firm of Howard Schultz & Associates.
As a consultant he works extensively as an executive coach, leadership development expert and project leader both here in Europe.
