Our armored 2005 H2 Hummer is rated at security level 2 (NIJ II / Euro B2).  This special vehicle has been reinforced to take multiple direct hits from a .357 Magnum, 9 mm handgun, or certain assault rifles and keep going – with all occupants safe and uninjured.  Bulletproof glass throughout, special run flat tires, door and underbody armor all protect passengers, yet our specially armored H2 looks just like every other H2 from the outside..  That means that VIPs can rest easy knowing that they are not drawing any extra attention to themselves.
 
Under the skin, there are several important differences between this new addition and the standard H2 Hummer.  This heavy-duty version has better brakes and an improved suspension to handle the extra weight of the armor. However, this modified H2 is still powered by a reliable 6.0-liter V8 engine and shares the same dependable four-wheel drive as its unarmored cousins.  Rental fees are a very affordable $625 per day Monday – Thursday, or $800 per day on the weekend.  One hundred free miles per rental are included with every armored Hummer rental.
